I have had my 2013 For Escape Titanium for a month now my favorite feature is definitely the power lift gate! My hands are always full and I love that it can open and close with the sweep of my foot! There is a ton of room in the trunk space to put things which I love. The driver seat has amazing support. The gas pedal however is very sensitive so if I'm not careful I can burn my gas quite quickly. Overall I love my ford escape titanium and am very happy with my purchase.

It has has been an excellent vehicle. It drives very well and is comfortable for passengers. The engine runs smoothly and provides a nice amount of horsepower for its size. The music system is excellent and the electronics are well designed and easy to use.

Starting to. It ice that it sticks when shifting in the lower gears. Other than that, I like it.

You know you've bought a great vehicle when your grandkids say they're jealous of your vehicle and my 22 year old son shows it off to all his friends.

Love this vehicle, 5 out 5 for every category! Also Dalton Bullock rates a 5 out 5 for customer service and knowledgabilty. Have always had the best customer service and will be a Kentwood Ford customer for the foreseeable future. Mr.Bullock is an asset to your company and is an incredible representative of not only himself but you dealership as well. 5 stars across the board

so far so good. comfy and good performer. not quite as good fuel economy as our Nissan Murano was. Happy with the vehicle itself. wish we could have afforded a newer one.

I had a great experience with buying my vehicle, my saleswomen was amazing. As of recently really disappointed I wasn't given a second key with the vehicle. I didn't know I wasn't going till after I picked it up... I just found out now with not having the second key I by accident have locked out my my key and can't change it as the key I do have is not the admin key. Now I am having to go out a buy a new key.

This is our second time buy a car from Ford Go Auto on 38 Ave, in Edmonton. Our salesman Tyler was an exceptional person to have in helping us find the right car for me. I had to replace my brake light already, so I wasn't too pleased about that, but, it is a used car. All in all Ford Go Auto is the best team to buy a car from, but the salesman is what matters the most in this case.

While the vehicle looks great on the outside and all of the gadgets on the inside, the engine is small and makes noises like a little go kart. I find that I can't accelerate quickly because of the lack of power. I did move myself down from a 5.4 L V8 engine to a 1.6 L so I can see that this will take a while to get used to. Also, the back seat and trunk and relatively smaller than the Subaru Forester and Kia. I felt a little bad taking adult passengers in the back. But I'm comfortable in the front seat. When test driving, it felt more smooth to drive the Escape than a Honda CRV. My escape is 3 years old and the opening hydraulics of the trunk are off. They make a chugging noise when opening. So that still needs to be fixed. The Go Auto team acknowledged it when I was going to purchase it but failed to fix it when I left it with them for 2 weeks. Also when downsizing from a pickup to a crossover, I noticed that by setting 4x4 on your truck, you get a really good grip on the road when snowy and icy. Relying on the Escape to decide when to do that kind of scares me. It doesn't grip very well. The car told me the other day that we were sliding and while that was nice, I could definitely feel it and didn't need a light and beep to tell me. Instead I wanted my automatic 4x4 to kick in and save me. But locking in 4 wheels while doing a slide is never good for a car. So I'm doubting how this active technology can be a positive to me or the car.
